Le Goethe Institut Marokko se fixe pour mission de soutenir la scène musicale marocaine, notamment face à la période de crise actuelle, en partenariat avec Anya Music, entreprise culturelle organisatrice du festival Visa For Music, dont l'objectif est de permettre aux artistes de vivre de la musique et de l’industrie musicale au Maroc.
Face aux fermetures des salles de concert et à l'arrêt du spectacle vivant dans la grande majorité des pays du monde, il s'agit durant ces sessions d'accueillir des musiciens dans un lieu d'expression convivial et rassurant ; la cuisine d'une maison.
Chaque mois, l’Institut reçoit un artiste/groupe, proposé par ANYA, dans le cadre de son programme GOETHE-SESSIONS. Retrouvez-nous tous les mois sur le site et les réseaux d'Anya pour découvrir ce travail !
As part of its GOETHE-SESSIONS program, the Goethe Institute Marokko has set itself to support the Moroccan music scene, especially in the face of the current crisis period. In partnership with Anya Music, the cultural company that organizes the Visa For Music festival and whose vision is to enable artists to live from music and the music industry in Morocco.
Faced with the closure of concert halls and the halt of live sessions in the vast majority of countries globally, it is a question of welcoming musicians during these sessions in a friendly and reassuring place such as the kitchen of a house.
Each month, the institute receives an artist/group, proposed by ANYA, within the framework of its GOETHE-SESSIONS program. Find us every month on Anya's website and networks to discover this work!
Ce mois-ci, c'est la chanteuse Meryem Aassid et son groupe Jazz'Amazigh qui sont mis à l'honneur.
Meryem Aassid naît en 1996 et chante avec son père dès l’enfance les grands standards des rwayes et ahwach. Elle intègre la chorale de l’IRCAM de Belaid El Akkaf. Adolescente, elle monte en 2015 « Inidamen », groupe de reprises et en 2017 un duo avec Houda El Akkaf au piano, autour des répertoires du Souss. Après un temps de perfectionnement et d’apprentissage en terre natale, elle monte fin 2018, avec Oussama Chtouki, le projet Jazz’Amazigh, qui revisite le répertoire Amazigh dans une couleur jazz, lancé fin 2019 à Bruxelles. Meryem participe à Jazz sous l’arganier(2019) et à la version digitale de Visa For Music(2020). Ils préparent la sortie de leur 1er album pour l’année 2021.
This month, the singer Meryem Aassid and her group Jazz'Amazigh are being honored.
Meryem Aassid was born in 1996 and sings with her father from childhood the great standards of rwayes and ahwach. She joined the choir of the IRCAM of Belaid El Akkaf. As a teenager, she created "Inidamen" in 2015, a cover band and in 2017 a duo with Houda El Akkaf on the piano, around the repertoires of the Souss. After a time of improvement and learning in her native land, she sets up in late 2018, with Oussama Chtouki, the project Jazz'Amazigh, which revisits the Amazigh repertoire in a jazz color, launched in late 2019 in Brussels. Meryem participates in Jazz sous l'arganier(2019) and in the digital version of Visa For Music(2020). They are preparing the release of their 1st album for the year 2021.
