Artiste Tunisien de renommée, Imed Alibi est un percussionniste chevronné. Né à Maknassy en 1978, il a sillonné le monde à travers divers projets (les boukakes, Emel Mathlouthi, Rachid Taha, Orange blossom, Watcha klan...). En 2020, Imed Alibi est désigné directeur du Festival International de Carthage pour sa 56ème édition. Parallèlement, il est consultant « Babel Expo » à Marseille, «Fondation Candid» en Allemagne, il est aussi consultant en musique pour «Massive Music» à Londres au Royaume-Uni. Il dirige aussi le «Festival International de Percussions de Sousse» depuis 2015. De plus, en France, il collabore avec « SILO », une coopérative dédiée à la création de musique traditionnelle et contemporaine.
