Qui est Stephan Rezannah?
Ile Maurice
Journaliste culturel, Stephan Rezannah a connu les rédactions de L’Express, du Mauricien, de Week-End et de Scope Magazine (2001 -2011) avant de se lancer dans le domaine musical. En 2011, il fonde le label Jorez Box avec pour vocation de promouvoir des artistes à la musicalité riche, originale et authentique. Il compte sur son label : Eric Triton, Ziskakan, Blakkayo, Menwar, Jean Roussel et Jason Heerah & Otentik Groove.
En 2017, il lance le premier marché de musique de l’île Maurice, le MOMIX. Une plateforme de rencontres, de partages et d’échanges entre les différents acteurs de ce milieu. MOMIX est une démarche qui vise à promouvoir la scène locale, à valoriser les sonorités actuelles de Maurice, de la région Océan Indien et d’ailleurs. Une fenêtre ouverte sur le paysage éclectique des ondes sonores.
Stephan Rezannah is a cultural journalist who worked for L'Express, Le Mauricien, Week-End and Scope Magazine (2001 -2011) before entering the music business. In 2011, he founded the label Jorez Box with the aim of promoting artists with a rich, original and authentic musicality. He counts on his label: Eric Triton, Ziskakan, Blakkayo, Menwar, Jean Roussel and Jason Heerah & Otentik Groove.
In 2017, he launched the first music market in Mauritius, the MOMIX. A platform for meetings, sharing and exchanges between the different actors of this milieu. MOMIX is an approach that aims to promote the local scene, to enhance the current sounds of Mauritius, the Indian Ocean region and elsewhere. An open window on the eclectic landscape of sound waves.
