Qui est Bolaji Alonge ?
Bolaji Alonge est un artiste, photographe, acteur et journaliste culturel de Lagos, au Nigeria. Également connu sous le nom de Eyes of a Lagos Boy, il a plus de dix ans d'expérience dans la documentation de l'histoire, toujours à la recherche de la beauté là où on l'attend le moins. Son père l'a plongé dans le monde de la musique et de la photographie dès son enfance. Il a étudié la communication de masse à l'Université de Lagos, tout en explorant ses talents d'acteur au Théâtre 15 UNILAG. Depuis, il a joué dans de nombreux projets de théâtre, de télévision et de cinéma. Bolaji Alonge a rejoint Music in Africa en tant que rédacteur régional pour l'Afrique de l'Ouest en août 2019. À partir de mars 2020, il se consacre entièrement au projet Eyes of a Lagos Boy. Pendant le huis clos, il a commencé une série de hitlists musicales qu'il est maintenant ravi de partager avec un public plus large.
Bolaji Alonge is an artist, photographer, actor and culture journalist from Lagos, Nigeria. Also known as Eyes of a Lagos Boy, with more than a decade of experience in documenting history, always looking for beauty where it is least expected. He was immersed into a world of music and photography since childhood by his father. He studied Mass Communication at the University of Lagos, while exploring his acting skills at the Theatre 15 UNILAG. Ever since he has acted in a range of theatre, television and movie projects. Bolaji Alonge joined Music in Africa as the Regional Editor for West Africa in August 2019. From March 2020, he is fully dedicated to the Eyes of a Lagos Boy project. During the lockdown he started a series of music hitlists that he is now delighted to share with a wider audience.
